• At 1:07 p.m. Sunday, police observed a vehicle known to not have a valid driver’s license. There was also a valid complaint for the driver violating a protective order. Alfred M. Diaz, 76 of DeKalb, was arrested on charges of not having a valid driver’s license and sent to the police station. He was later transported to DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
