Paul “Dome” Kallembach
Education: Attended Kishwakee College and transferred to the University of Viet’ Nam, graduate of U.S.M.C. Vietnamese Language School, contractors and union Labors foreman and leadership school and an ACCEP certified coach at all levels; one of 41 VFW members selected to attend National Certified Teachers, Trainers, and Recruiters School in August of 2006, where I graduated valedictorian
Experience: Delegate to DeKalb County Building Trades Association from Labor Local 109, alternate delegate to district counsel for Labor Local 109, DeKalb youth baseball board of directors twice, elected to numerous positions in community service organizations to include president of the fraternal order of the Eagles Club and has been elected to over 25 positions in the Veterans of Foreign Wars at local, district, state, and national positions, to include local DeKalb post 2287 as Commander six times; elected district commander in 2007-2008 and selected as the All-American District Commander from a field of over 2,000 commanders.
What will you bring to the city if elected?: Responsible leadership. I will open up the books with a team for public inspection. We will rid ourselves of bad investments and capitalize on any good ones we may find. I will bring open responsive government to the city of DeKalb. …I want to be a spokesperson for DeKalb.
