Education: Attended Oakton Community College and Worsham College of Mortuary Science

Experience: Has no prior political experience. Roman is a licensed funeral director and a senior regional sales manager.

What will you bring to the city if elected?: Roman said he brings life and professional experiences to the ward. He feels the alderman’s job to inform the public has been lacking. Wants to educate the public on the choices they have. He said discussions on a hotel being built were brought up at the last minute, giving DeKalb residents no idea what was going on.
