The DeKalb City Council will meet at 7 tonight and discuss who they believe is the appropriate party to receive the city’s 17th Class “A” Liquor license.

Advocates for Detox, which voluntarily gave up its license, are expected to attend.

The council also will hear a consideration to rename Parking Lot No. 4 at the corner of 2nd and Locust streets to the “Frank Van Buer Plaza.”
