Gaze into the looking glass when NIU’s School of Theatre and Dance presents their latest production, David Lindsay-Abaire’s “Rabbit Hole.”

The play deals with the story of a family grieving and attempting to cope with the death of their 4-year-old son, Danny, a young boy who positively affected all of those who knew him.

“This play mirrors humanity and shows how we all must deal with what life dishes out. Parents should never have to face the death of a child before their own,” said Patricia Ridge, NIU faculty member and director of the production in a news release.

“Rabbit Hole” is being performed in the Stevens Building Player’s Theatre and will run until Sunday, Feb. 8. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
