NIU men’s basketball head coach Ricardo Patton announced that he will hold a meeting on Tuesday at the Convocation Center for all students interested in trying out and becoming a member of the 2008-09 Huskie hoops squad, according to a news release.

The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. in the All Purpose Room in the lower level of the Convocation Center. Those interested in walking on will receive the necessary tryout requirements and information.

The tryout will be held Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 9 p.m. at Victor E. Court at the Convo. In order to participate, the individual must have documentation of a medical physical in the past 90 days prior to Sept. 17 and have a signed tryout policy and assumption of risk waiver as well.
