Whenever I read the letters to the editor, they are generally complaints. Rarely, if ever, do I see any sort of a compliment. It seems to me that people would rather take time out of their schedules to complain. Although my schedule is busy as well, I would like to take a few minutes to acknowledge “ABC Goldfish.” To be honest, it is the one thing I look forward to seeing in The Northern Star. I would also like to commend Jon Carriera for having the ability to produce a new strip each day. I don’t know of many people that can do that, and it is definitely worth some praise. I have done my job, but I wish more people would take some time to say something positive. Believe me, it does make a difference.
