Police arrest three people for a fight at JAVA 101

DeKalb Police Department, assisted by Illinois State Troopers, saw a fight at 12:58 a.m. Sunday while performing crowd control at Java 101, 900 Lucinda Ave.
Officers yelled, “Police; stop fighting,” and a subject, identified as Alfanso B. Moore Jr., 19, of Markham, ran from the scene.
Moore was located and arrested along with Demetrius R. Walter, 19, of Harvey, without incident.
A third subject, Keno R.T. Burton, 18, of Rockford, raised his hands at an officer in an aggressive manner. Burton was taken to the ground, which resulted in an injury to the officer.
All three subjects were taken to the police department for processing. Police issued Moore and Walter mini-complaints for fighting in the city and released them.
Police charged Burton with fighting in the city, aggravated resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Burton was transported to the county jail to await hearing.
