The progress of legal proceedings involving Luis Noriega’s death was suspended again Thursday.

Co-defendants Fred J. Jakob and Christopher Tadder, both charged with four counts of aggravated battery, were scheduled for a status hearing Thursday morning. However, their hearing was rescheduled for Nov. 15.

Nathan E. Schrank, charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of involuntary manslaughter and three counts of aggravated battery, was scheduled for a status hearing at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

Schrank’s hearing was given an order of continuance and is held until Oct. 26.

The agreement was reached by Joe Cullen, first assistant state’s attorney, and Schrank’s attorney, Christopher Walsh, and was witnessed by Judge Kurt P. Klein.

Emily Hobbs, also charged with four counts of aggravated battery, had a status hearing Sept. 18.
