Did he? didn’t he? It doesn’t matter. All that matters is that some one needs to help Terrell Owens.

Up until Tuesday night I never thought I’d say that. But after a night of breaking news followed by an entire day of updates and allegations of an attempted suicide, one thing is clear: he needs help.

I thought he was selfish and arrogant. I thought he was a billion-dollar talent with a five-cent head. But after the last two days I’ve found myself actually pulling for him.

Maybe every antic he ever pulled was just him warning us. Maybe not. But it’s obvious that all is not right behind that huge smile.

And I hope TO realizes that. Then maybe he’ll finally just ask for help instead of shaking pom poms.
