DeKalb police issued 12 tickets for underage drinking and made one arrest at a party Wednesday on the north side of town.

Police responded to a citizen’s complaint of a loud party at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of River Drive. After an investigation, Christopher C. Jones, 23, of 129 River Drive, was ticketed for allowing minors to consume alcohol.

Police cited tickets for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor to the following: Micheal R. Ball, 19, of 1513 Crayton Circle; John E. Rodriguez, 20, of Rochelle; Nicholas Singleton, 20, of 2507 Alpha Court; Christopher J. Isley, 19, of 2085 Creek Court; Daniel J. Schacht, 18, of 1315 W. Lincoln Highway Apt. 211; Curt M. Mann Jr., 19, of Rochelle; Jeff B. Dickey 19, of Rochelle; Adam J. Chrestman, 20, of Rochelle; Sara A. Mitchell, 19, of Rochelle; Justin J. Johnson, 20, of Rochelle; Jacob D. Dorland, 19, of 504 S. Fifth St.; and Justin R. Spangler, 20, of 824 Glidden Ave.

Police also came in contact with Lindsey D. Sage, 19, of Rochelle, who was wanted on a failure to appear in court warrant.

Police arrested Sage for FTA — unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
