Two juveniles charged

The DeKalb Police Department arrested two 16-year-old female juveniles after a follow-up investigation into a fight that occurred Jan. 2, at 326 Manning Drive.
During the fight, one person was stabbed.
The initial investigation led to the arrest of Christina Torres who was charged with aggravated battery.
Police charged the two juveniles with obstructing justice and mob action.
Both charges would be Class 4 felonies if they were charged as adults.
A Class 4 felony is punishable by up to three years in prison and carries a possible fine of up to $25,000.
