Teens charged with burglary
October 20, 2004
DeKalb police arrested two DeKalb teens Tuesday for a burglary that occurred Monday on Grange Road.
Police received reports from neighbors of two suspicious people and later arrested them.
Todd W. McCaslin, 18, and Dale M. Tweed, 17, were both charged with residential burglary.
McCaslin was already awaiting trial on a previous burglary arrest from a March residential burglary, police said.
Police recovered DVDs and most of the stolen proceeds.
Residential burglary is a Class 1 Felony punishable by four to 15 years in jail and a $25,000 fine.
