Cleanse your body and your mind will follow

By Nick Arhos

“Life is real! Life is earnest! And the grave is not its goal …”

These are the words of the poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Our lives should be the living embodiment of these words.

Yet, this is not the case.

Americans suffer from health problems such as hemorrhoids, gas, weight gain, body odor, skin problems, indigestion, fatigue, headaches and depression.

Indeed, the National Cancer Institute reports that colon cancer is the second most common cancer in the United States, claiming the lives of more than 50,000 people each year.

What’s the problem? The answer may surprise you.

According to an article published by the Constipation Resource Center, www.colon-cleanse-constipation.com, the above health problems are symptoms of a constipated colon. Friends, the problem is that many of us have filthy colons.

We ought to feel like freshwater springs: physically vibrant, mentally sharp, filled with joy and confident about our lives and our futures.

The bottom line?

It’s time to cleanse our colons so we can start feeling great again.

Dr. Don Colbert, a well-known physician of many prominent American ministers, quotes John Harvey Kellogg, founder of Kellogg’s Cereal Co., in his book, “What You Don’t Know May be Killing You.” “The lower end of the intestines is of the size that requires emptying every six hours,” he states.

May I ask you a question? How often do you empty the lower end of your intestines?

Many of you are so constipated that you’re afraid to answer that question. Two years ago, I was like you. But fret not, for you are not alone.

According to the UCLA Medical Center, more than four million Americans suffer from chronic constipation.

The main problem: our diet.

Colbert defines the American diet as “basically meat, white flour and sugar” in his other book, “Toxic Relief.” He explains how this diet constipates us and causes health problems.

So, how can we unclog ourselves?

Colbert recommends high doses of Vitamin C, chlorophyll supplements, lots of water, at least 30 grams of fiber per day and exercise.

In addition, you can take a supplement that this columnist takes to keep his colon cleansed: Ultra Colon Clenz by Natural Balance.

I’ve had a clean colon for more than two years now and can say with confidence that this fabulous supplement has given me nothing but great experiences.

Now, you can continue to feel depressed and sluggish, experience cloudy thinking or even memory loss and put yourself on a path to an early grave.

Or, you can attack one of the great threats to the health of Americans by cleansing your colon via diet changes and supplements.

Friends, I care about you. That’s why I’ve taken the time to inform you on the how and why of cleansing your colon. Cleanse, and start feeling fabulous again.

Remember: “Life is real! Life is earnest! And the grave is not its goal … ”
