Its Class B liquor license will be suspended from March 25 to 27 and from March 29 to 30.
El Burrito Mexicano also will have to pay half the court reporter fee, which is not yet determined.
The restaurant had three other charges which were dismissed. Other charges include not showing proof of a current corporation, failure to pay its liquor license renewal fee and failure to file and pay restaurant and bar taxes.
Eduardo’s, 214 E. Lincoln Highway, stipulated to its charge, which was an incident where the establishment allowed eight minors inside without checking identification.
The establishment received a $750 fine and will serve a two-day suspension if there is another incident within six months.
Eduardo’s also was required to terminate the employee who let the minors inside.
The establishment also is required to put up a notice in the restaurant, where all employees can see it, which describes the procedure they should use to check identification.
It also needs to put up a list that states the ages of the employees.
