DeKALB — NIU announced Tuesday that one additional student and one employee has tested positive for the coronavirus, and nine students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Tuesday, 17 students and nine employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 599 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 573 have recovered.

As of  Tuesday at 3:00 p.m., NIU is at 0.6%  quarantine and isolation use, this is a 1.2% decrease from Monday.
