DeKALB — NIU announced Friday that two additional students and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and no students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Friday, six students and three employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard reports positive COVID-19 results on students and faculty who have physically been on campus within 14 days. It also includes students with a DeKalb address.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 613 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 604 have recovered.

As of Friday at 3:00 p.m., NIU is at 0.6% quarantine and isolation use, a 0.6% increase from Thursday.
