DeKALB — NIU announced Wednesday that six additional students and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and seven students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Wednesday, 28 students and three employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 708 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 677 have recovered.

As of Wednesday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 5.5% quarantine and isolation use, a 1.8% increase from Tuesday.
