DeKALB — NIU announced Friday that no additional students and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and one student has recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Friday, 31 students and five employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 716 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 680 have recovered.

As of Friday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 5.5% quarantine and isolation use, a 1.2% increase from Thursday.
