How to make heart shaped cinnamon rolls for Valentine’s Day

Nothing says simple and sweet like a thoughtful treat. Whether you’re sharing with friends and family, or whipping up a surprise for that special someone, these Heart Shaped Cinnamon Rolls are a cute and delicious way to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

HEART SHAPED CINNAMON ROLLS

Start to finish: 30 minutes (9-11 minutes active) 

Servings: 8 

Ingredients:

Cinnamon rolls of your choice (serving size may vary)  

White Icing of your choice 

1-2 drops of red food coloring (add drops as needed)

Sprinkles 

Steps:

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a large baking sheet. 

While the oven preheats, unroll the cinnamon rolls one by one, leaving the coil at the bottom. Fold or curl the ends of dough inward to create a heart shape. Repeat for each roll. 

Place heart shaped rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden. 

While the rolls cool off for at least 10 minutes, combine 1 cup of icing with drops of red food coloring. 

Top your rolls off with some sprinkles.
