DeKALB — NIU announced Wednesday that one additional student and one employee have tested positive for the coronavirus, and one student has recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Wednesday, 21 students and six employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 806 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 779 have recovered.

As of Wednesday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 0.6% quarantine and isolation use, the same as Tuesday.
