DeKALB — NIU announced Thursday that one additional student and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and no students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Thursday, 22 students and five employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 807 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 780 have recovered.

As of Thursday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 1.8% quarantine and isolation use, this is a 1.2% increase from Wednesday
