The disc golf clinic will cover the basics of disc golf “including how to play as well as proper throwing form and technique.” according to the event page. Additionally, the clinic will go over some more intermediate topics such as an introduction to the type of discs, what the numbers on the discs mean, and which discs are best for new players.

“There’s something special about disc golfing,” Christine Lagattolla, assistant director of Outdoor Adventures, said via email. “It’s as leisurely or exciting as you want it to be, and you get to experience unique courses everywhere you go.” Lagattolla adds that the clinic hopes to provide participants with everything they need to know to get started and have a great time exercising and getting outside.
