Pro-life people please note: Amendment XIV states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States … are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The Fourteenth Amendment applies only to people who are already BORN, not to the internal parasite we often refer to as a fetus. According to our Constitution, the unborn have NO RIGHT TO LIFE, liberty, or property.

The Supreme Court’s decision in “Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey” could overturn or severely undermine “Roe v. Wade.” Within weeks, women across America could lose their constitutional right to choose. The “Freedom of Choice Act” would restore the protection of “Roe v. Wade” by prohibiting any state legislature from interfering with a woman’s right to choose.

Fellow pro-choice people: Please stop bickering with the pro-life advocates and DO SOMETHING! A good start is to contact the National Abortion Rights Action League. NARAL is the primary lobbying group that will help pass the “Freedom of Choice Act.” NARAL needs to hear from those of you who are pro-choice. Send your name and the address where you are registered to vote to: NARAL, 1101 14th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005, and tell them you support their efforts to enact the “Freedom of Choice Act.” NARAL will contact your representative and senators in Congress for you. The “Freedom of Choice Act” can become law only if you and millions of other Americans will stand up and be counted.
