Rosita’s Mexican Restaurant has been run and operated in DeKalb by the Balli family since 1972. The family has balanced raising seven children and running a busy restaurant, according to the Rosita’s team.

Some new menu items include pulled pork tacos, baja fish tacos, pollo del rey, and a new flavor of margarita, prickly pear.

According to the Rosita’s team, some of their most popular dishes include beef enchiladas and chimichangas. Rosita’s also touts its real fruit margaritas as being made with a house blend. They currently have eight flavors of the margarita, including pineapple and jalapeño.
