This is a public institution for higher education. It is supposed to serve the needs of the many—the many who are taxed to support it. I do not object to spending money to make classrooms accessible for handicapped students. I do object to having my money spent to have “diversity” shoved down my throat. This University seems to have forgotten that it has a purpose other than smothering its students in every culture that graces this planet and assaulting us with every politically correct topic that rolls up the pike. I think this campus’ vast ignorance about math and science is far more alarming than its lack of cultural stimulation.
