The DeKalb County Health Department, NIU Employee Assistance Program and NIU School of Nursing will host a second flu vaccine clinic on Wednesday.

The clinic will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Duke Ellington Ballroom, located in the Holmes Student Center, according to the NIU Events Calendar.

Dependents of employees or students who have HMO insurance will not be covered for their flu vaccines. This does not impact NIU employees who have HMO insurance.

The Annual Flu Shot Clinic web page can help you schedule a time for your flu shot, provide you the necessary form you must fill out to get your shot and tell you the form of identification you need to bring with you. It is suggested that you review the information about the vaccine before you book your appointment.

You will be sent a confirmation email once you schedule your appointment. Keep this email in case you need to reschedule your time or cancel.

To keep everyone safe, face masks will be required. The entry to the clinic will be on the east side of the ballroom and the exit on the west side.
