BOR evaluated

The Board of Regents will consider the five-year evaluations of the three Regency university presidents and Chancellor Roderick Groves in an all-morning closed executive session at today’s meeting at Illinois State University in Normal.

Two consultants hired by the Regents have been conducting the mandatory evaluation since September, visiting NIU to gather information on NIU President John La Tourette’s performance from various faculty, staff and student groups.

Included in the evaluation categories are professional behavior, administrative skills and accomplishments, relationships with faculty and internal and external relations.
