Last Thursday evening, Jan. 23, I was unable to unlock my car doors due to a sudden deep freeze. I went to the University Police Department, where after just a few minutes wait, I was driven back to my car by Officers Gentry and Wickstrom. These two officers spent a good deal of time and effort to help me out and, finally, my locks unfroze. They then waited to see if my car would start (which it did) and off I went. I want to express my thanks and appreciation to the Department in general and most especially to Officers Gentry and Wickstrom. They were courteous and pleasant and didn’t make me feel silly for being locked out of my own car.

Thank you again, both of you, for all of your help. It won’t be forgotten.
