Tuesday

Terrance U. Thurman, 26, turned himself in for a warrant for unlawful interference of reporting domestic violence. Thurman was released on bond.

Between 6 and 6:30 p.m., officers responded to Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, for a report of retail theft. An investigation led to the arrests of Samuel F. Callahan Jr., 19, and Lester L. James, 20 Both were charged with retail theft and both were booked and then released.

Monday

At 7:17 p.m., officers responded to a report of retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road. An investigation led to the arrest of Andre M. Harris, 19, and Keanna I. Harris, 19. Both were charged with retail theft.

At 7:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to 223 W. Locust St. for people fighting. The suspect was found to have a warrant against him. Roy E. Harper, 33, was charged with the original warrant of failure to appear—domestic.

Ian P. Town, 20, was charged with criminal damage to city property that occurred on Nov. 9th.
