Residents of 824 Greenbrier Road relax after an NIU Veterans Association meeting Thursday. Although the number of tenants have increased from six to 12 since last year, membership in the NIU Veterans Association has fallen from 20 to 10, according to Jesus Arteaga, who presides over the organization.
