Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.April 27• Danica L. Hoffman, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.April 28• Angelica S. Hart, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of domestic battery.• Ryan W. Mancillas, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.April 29• Whitney A. Cumbo, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.• Tysean D. Howleit, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated domestic battery/strangulation and two counts of domestic battery.• Jared M. Smith, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.• Alexander Estrada, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.• Martina Ramirez-Palmeros, 37, of DeKalb, was charged with no driver’s license.• Taquae Y.
