The Huskie Showdown is a high-energy homecoming competition where you can challenge your friends to a race through larger-than-life obstacles. This event is hosted by Greek Life and is free for all to attend.
NIU PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA CONCERT: “HOORAY FOR HOLLYWOOD!”
Date and Time: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday
Location: Boutell Memorial Concert Hall, Music Building
The NIU School of Music invites you to attend its large ensemble concert conducted by Silas Huff. Tickets are $7 for the general public, $5 for non-NIU students, seniors and staff and are free for NIU students. Tickets must be purchased online prior to the event and are not available at the door.

Location: MLK Commons
Join other Huskies in savoring an evening of sweet treats, music and glow-in-the-dark activities while warming up and roasting marshmallows over fire pits. This event is free to attend.
SCHOOL OF THEATRE AND DANCE PRESENTS MACBETH
Date and Time: 7:30 p.m. Friday, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. Sunday
Location: O’Connell Theatre, Stevens Building
The School of Theatre and Dance presents the classic play written by William Shakespeare. Tickets cost $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and staff, $12 for non-NIU students and are free for NIU students.
BRUNCH WITH MISSION AND VICTOR E.
Date and Time: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday
Location: Altgeld Hall
Catch Mission III and Victor E. Huskie at the Fourth Annual NIU Homecoming Brunch and enjoy a registration buffet with delicious food and beverages such as scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and more. Admission is $25 for adults and $15 for children.
HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME VS. TOLEDO
Date and Time: 2:30 p.m. Saturday
Location: Huskie Stadium
Celebrate the final days of Homecoming in Huskie Stadium where the NIU football team will take on the University of Toledo Rockets. Tickets can be purchased online.

Location: Convocation Center
Check out the Rep Yo Step show where various National Pan-Hellenic Council fraternities and sororities will show off their best moves. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and tickets are $15 for students and $20 for the general public.
