Counseling & Consultation Services invites all students to the second annual How the Health are You, NIU? 1 to 7:15 p.m. today in the Holmes Student Center, Duke Ellington Ballroom.

Individual events include music, art activities, yoga, Zumba, chair massages, therapy dogs and mental health screenings.

Information about mental health and wellness services around campus and DeKalb will also be included. Admission is free and no registration is required.
