NIU offers fall ACT preparation courses

By Northern Star staff

This fall, NIU is offering courses to students who are looking for specialized ACT test preparation. Courses are 1 to 4:30 p.m. Sundays beginning with the Sept.18 pre-test through the Oct.16 post-test in Graham Hall, Room 341. It is an opportunity for anyone to get the attention they need for ACT tests starting in October.

The cost of the program is $275 and is comprised of the instruction, a practice workbook and CD and several past ACT tests. The fee includes preparation in all four sections of the ACT: math, English, reading and science reasoning. Parking is free.

This program does not include test registration, but sample test questions and registration can be found at actstudent.org. Contact the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences External Programming at 815-753-5200 or [email protected].
