Police report: Jan. 20 to Jan 26

Jan. 20

1. At 6 p.m. Sept. 12, credit card fraud was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. This case was suspended.

2. At 8:08 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception.

3. At 7:20 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was suspended.

4. At 8 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall. This case was closed by exception.

Jan. 21

5. At 4 p.m. Oct. 15, criminal sexual assault was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was declared unfounded Jan. 21.

Jan. 22

6. At 7 p.m. Nov. 3, possession of a controlled substance was reported to have occurred at 911 Greenbrier Road. This case was suspended Jan. 22.

7. At 7 p.m. Nov. 3, resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer was reported to have occurred at 911 Greenbrier Road. This case was suspended Jan. 22.

8. At 11 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was closed by exception.

Jan. 23

9. At 2:10 a.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall West. This case was closed by exception.

10. At 4 p.m., two counts of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at 3 Northern View Circle. This case was closed by exception.

11. At 8 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was closed by exception.

Jan. 24

12. At 2:19 p.m., criminal damage to government supported property was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. This case is open.

Jan. 25

13. At noon Sept. 29, credit card fraud was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall West. This case was suspended Jan. 25.

14. At 5 p.m., Angelic P. Bowie, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated battery, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and endangering life or health of a child reported to have occurred at 6 Northern View Circle.

15. At 9 a.m. Jan. 20, unlawful restraint was reported to have occurred at DuSable Hall. This case was opened Jan. 25.

Jan. 26

16. At 11:20 p.m., three counts of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

17. At 11:20 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.
