Oct. 17

• At 10:52 p.m., Shekinah N. Bennett, 20, of Maywood, was charged with an in-state warrant and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under reported to have occurred at Lot D.

• At 11:20 p.m., harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case is open.

Oct. 18

• At 5:29 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception.

• At 12:07 p.m., harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case is open.

Oct. 19

• At 10:48 a.m., Asielsel B. Mitchell, 24, of Chicago, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at the NIU Police Department.

• At 11:26 a.m., deceptive practices were reported to have occurred at the Martin Luther King Jr. Commons. This case was suspended.

• At 1:30 a.m. Oct. 17, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the Center for Black Studies. This case was opened Oct. 19.

• At 11 a.m., theft of lost or mislaid property was reported to have occurred at Montgomery Hall. This case is open.

Oct. 20

• At 9 a.m. Sept. 21, deceptive practices were reported to have occurred at 615 Lucinda Avenue. This case was suspended Oct. 20.

• At 10 a.m., four counts of domestic battery were reported to have occurred at 907 Kimberly Drive. This case was referred to another agency.

Oct. 21

• At 7:30 a.m. Sept. 22, battery was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was opened Oct. 21.

• At 3 p.m. Oct. 9, deceptive practices were reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall West. This case was opened Oct. 21.

• At 3 p.m. Oct. 20, battery and theft over $500 were reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was opened Oct. 21.

• At 8:30 p.m., two counts of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor were reported to have occurred at Stevenson North and closed by exception. At the same time and place, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred and are open.

Oct. 22

• At 7:30 a.m. Sept. 22, battery was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was declared unfounded Oct. 22.

• At 2:12 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the Art Building. This case is open.

• At 2:01 a.m. Oct. 15, battery was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was declared unfounded Friday.

• At 11 a.m. Oct. 19, theft of lost or mislaid property was reported to have occurred at Montgomery Hall. This case was suspended Friday.

• At 12:25 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

• At 6 a.m. Sept. 1, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune Central. This case was closed by exception Friday.

• At 8:30 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was closed by exception.

• At 9:09 p.m., Jorge N. Barrios, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with an in-state warrant, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer.

• At 2:05 a.m., battery was reported to have occurred in the Recreation Center. This case was closed by exception.

• At 3:20 a.m., criminal trespass to real property was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was suspended.

• At 2 p.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at the Convocation Center. This case was closed by exception.

• At 2:56 p.m., Jalen C. Cunningham, 18, of Elgin, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. At the same time and place, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred and closed by exception.

• At 2 p.m., criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at the East Tailgate. This case is open.

• At 4:15 p.m., criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at the East Tailgate. This case was closed by exception.

• At 9:44 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was closed by exception.

• At 10:20 p.m., Joshua A. Iwunze, 18, of Chicago, was charged with assault and resisting a peace officer reported to have occurred at Stevenson North.

• At 9:30 p.m., Jaraiyia A. Morris, 19, of Champaign, was charged with reckless conduct reported to have occurred at Neptune West.

• At 1:30 a.m. Oct. 17, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the Center for Black Studies. This case was closed by exception Sunday.

• At 10 p.m. Oct. 24, two counts of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor were reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was closed by exception.

• At 12:01 a.m., two counts of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, two counts of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception.

• At 1:08 a.m., Semaj K. Hunter, 19, of Arlington Heights, was charged with criminal trespass to real property reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center.

• At 2:11 a.m., Javier I. Sosa, 22, of Elgin, was charged with aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer, and Raymond Sanchez, 23, of Elgin, was charged with resisting a peace officer reported to have occurred at 711 Lucinda Avenue.

• At 1:50 a.m., battery was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case is open.

• At 2:04 a.m., Cornelius D. Henry, 25, of Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to real property reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center.

• At 4 p.m. Oct. 24, criminal damage to government supported property was reported to have occurred at Montgomery Hall. This case was suspended Sunday.

• At 3 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at the Outdoor Recreation Center. This case was suspended.

• At 9:40 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by minor, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at the New Residence Hall Community Center. This case was closed by exception.
