Dec. 5

1. At 5 p.m. Oct. 16, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall Community Center. This case was suspended Dec. 5.

2. At 6:30 p.m. Nov. 18, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was suspended Dec. 5.

3. At 12:01 a.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at 920 W. Hillcrest Drive. This case was closed by exception.

4. At 11:45 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the NIU Police Station. This case was closed by exception.

5. At 8 p.m., an in-state warrant was reported to have occurred at Tacos Salsa Y Carnitas, 1021 W. Hillcrest Drive. This case was referred to another agency.

Dec. 6

6. At 2:25 a.m., Elijah Graham, 19, of Lansing, was charged with criminal trespass to real property reported to have occurred at Stevenson South.

7. At 5:03 a.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Lucinda Avenue and Wirtz Drive. This case was closed by exception.

8. At 1 p.m., criminal damage to government-supported property was reported to have occurred at Lucinda Avenue and Stadium Drive. This case was suspended.

9. At 11 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall West. This case was closed by exception.

Dec. 7

10. At 3 a.m., Monsi Mbemba, 19, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated battery, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer reported to have occurred at Neptune East.

11. At 7:20 p.m., criminal damage to government-supported property was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was suspended.

12. At 11:24 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was closed by exception.

Dec. 8

13. At 7:15 a.m. Dec. 7, theft from a motor vehicle was reported to have occurred at the Parking Deck. This case was suspended Dec. 8.

14. At 1:05 a.m., battery was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was closed by exception.

15. At 9 p.m., assault and theft $500 and under were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

16. At 7 p.m., harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at 901 Lucinda Ave. This case was suspended.

Dec. 9

17. At 7:42 p.m., Megan Sergeant, 20, of Lakemoor, was charged with harassment by telephone reported to have occurred at Stevenson South.

18. At noon Dec. 5, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was suspended Dec. 9.

19. At 12:50 p.m., battery and criminal sexual assault were reported to have occurred at 2 Northern View Circle. This case is open.

20. At 5 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

25. At noon Dec. 5, criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at Lot K. This case was suspended.

26. At 6:30 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case is open.

27. At 10:02 p.m., Ramon Reyes, 19, of Chicago, was charged with criminal damage to property reported to have occurred at Stevenson North.

28. At 11:45 p.m., Jose Soto-Agueros, 45, of Wheaton, was charged with aggravated battery, assault and resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer reported to have occurred at Stevenson South.

29. At noon, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case is open.

Dec. 11

30. On July 28, credit card fraud was reported to have occurred at 395 Wirtz Drive. This case was closed by exception Dec. 11.

31. At 9 a.m. Oct. 31, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. At 7:10 p.m. Dec. 11, Anthony Pickart, 20, of Janesville, Wis., was charged.

32. At 4:30 p.m. Nov. 10, battery was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was closed by exception.

33. At 4:33 p.m. Nov. 1, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Gilbert Hall. This case was suspended Dec. 11.

34. At 12:01 a.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under were reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception.

35. At 7 p.m. Dec. 10, three counts of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor were reported to have occurred at Lot H. This case was closed by exception.

37. At 4:01 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at 300 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case was closed by exception.

38. At 6:53 p.m., Anthony Pickart, 20 of Janesville, Wis., was charged with obstructing justice, reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center.

39. At 9 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

40. At 9 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was declared unfounded.

42. At 8:25 p.m., Wardell Rosemon, 20, of Elgin, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at 800 Ridge Drive.

50. At 2:33 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception.
