Tugs see attendance increase for day 2

By Northern Star Staff

Interfraternity Council President Trevor Morrison said a later start and nicer weather led to a slight increase in attendance at Tugs Tuesday.

In the first match, Sigma Nu defeated Delta Chi while defending champion Phi Sigma Kappa defeated Alpha Kappa Lambda in the second match.

For the first match today, the Fratastic Four will face Phi Kappa Psi at 4:30 p.m.

At 5:30 p.m., Phi Kappa Theta faces Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

“Phi Kappa Theta plays Sigma Alpha Epsilon … those are both the two and three seeds from last year,” Morrison said. “The winner of that will be going to the championship.”

All matches are held on the east side of Huskie Stadium. There is a $5 cost.
