Eakes helped pave the way for 242 total yards rushing on the day. Junior running back Akeem Daniels and junior quarterback Jordan Lynch were each able to rack up more than 100 yards rushing.

The Huskies finished with an average of 6.4 yards per carry.

Romo closed the book on her career as a Huskie in Volleyball’s final match of the season against Marquette on Saturday.

Despite a 3-1 loss, Romo gave a solid performance as she recorded 17 kills, three digs and a block while posting a .316 hitting percentage.

This was the 17th time this season that Romo had 17 or more kills and the seventh time she had a hitting percentage above .300.

This was Romo’s best season as she set career highs in kills, digs and points, with 443, 130 and 480, respectively.
