At 1:07 a.m., a DeKalb police officer on patrol in the 900 block of West Lincoln Highway observed a gray Honda traveling westbound and was weaving side-to-side. The officer observed both the front and rear driver side tires drive on the center yellow line. The officer initiated a traffic stop. The driver, Chad A. Reiser, 39, of DeKalb, was charged with driving under the influence and over .08, improper lane usage and no insurance. Reiser was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Department.
