Monday

At 9:36 p.m., a DeKalb police officer on patrol observed a 1994 Chevy traveling northbound drive over the white solid line on the right side of the road. The officer initiated a traffic stop, spoke with the driver, Quinshaun D. Herron, 26, of Dekalb, and learned Herron had a revoked driver’s license. Herron could not produce valid insurance as well. Herron was arrested, taken to the DeKalb Police Department and later released on bond.
