• At 3:43 p.m. DeKalb Police received a report of a male who stumbled to his vehicle from Andy’s bar. Police located the vehicle at a residence in the 700 block of N. Fourteenth Street. The vehicle was found running in the driveway, still in reverse. The driver, Richard A. White, 53, of DeKalb, was found passed out inside the vehicle. White was arrested and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. White was taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.

• At 5:51 p.m., DeKalb Police investigating an incident at an address in the 1700 block of Clark Street learned that an individual, Paul R. Soky, 24, of DeKalb, was wanted on an active failure to appear warrant for possession of cannabis. Soky was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later transported to DeKalb County Jail.
