Wednesday

• At 11:07 p.m., DeKalb Police observed a vehicle in the 500 block of South Tenth Street without its headlights on. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the driver, Yareli Casas-Olmos, 22, of DeKalb, did not have a valid driver’s license. Casas-Olmos was arrested, taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.

Thursday

• At 3:05 a.m., DeKalb Police checked the license plate of a vehicle in the 300 block of North Seventh Street. The officer found the owner of the vehicle, Salvador Villegas-Hernandez, 61, of DeKalb, did not have a valid driver’s license. Villegas-Hernandez was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.
