The following was taken directly from

area police and fire department records, or from DeKalb County

court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved

guilty in a court of law.

At 3:22 a.m. July 18, DeKalb Police observed a

vehicle in the 100 block of North Fourth Street with two equipment

violations. The officer performed a traffic stop and learned the

driver, Crystal L. Sabian, 19, of DeKalb, was driving on a

suspended license. Sabian was arrested and taken to the DeKalb

Police Station and was later released on bond.

 At 3:14 p.m. July 18, DeKalb Police observed a

speeding vehicle in the 400 block of Peace Road. The officer

performed a traffic stop and learned the driver, Angelina Colorado,

28, of DeKalb, did not have a valid driver’s license. Colorado was

arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station and was later

released on bond.
