Campus crime blotter for March 25

March 4

• At 4:37 p.m., criminal damage to a vehicle was reported from Lot PS. The vehicle had its antenna damaged without the owner’s knowledge. Pending any leads or further information, this case is administratively closed.

March 10

• At 12:42 p.m., an officer was dispatched to a fight in progress at Neptune East. No complaint was filed and this case is administratively closed.

Saturday

• At 9:56 p.m., a consent search of an apartment on West Lincoln Highway yielded an illegal controlled substance. This case is pending investigation.

Sunday

• At 12:55 a.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle near Annie Glidden Road and Stadium Drive. After the driver failed field sobriety tests, Robert Chambers, 19, of Bloomington, was arrested and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

• At 2:49 a.m., officers questioned two people lingering by the Physical Plant. One admitted to having cannabis in his backpack. A consent search of the backpack revealed a pipe and miscellaneous items. This case is pending investigation.

Monday

• At 2:08 a.m., a residential burglary was reported at Neptune West. This case is pending investigation.

• At 12:32 p.m., a student reported theft from a motor vehicle. Pending any leads or further information, this case is administratively closed.

• At 11:26 p.m., officers investigated a roommate dispute at Douglas Hall. One person was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct.
