  • At 11:46 a.m., Lovetts Towing, 1837 E. Lincoln Highway, was contacted by campus parking to tow a vehicle on the habitual offender list. The wrecker hooked the car and began to tow it when the owner ran beside the vehicle and jumped in it. The wrecker called the police. After being given the option to pay for the tow several times, Caress Moss, 23, of Chicago, threw money at and cursed the wrecker. Moss was arrested for disorderly conduct and charged with resisting arrest for pushing and restraining the officers.
