• At 1:08 a.m. on Wednesday, DeKalb Police in the 600 block of West Lincoln Highway stopped a speeding vehicle swerving between lanes. Police learned the driver, Augustin Clemente-Hernandez, 50, of DeKalb, was driving under the influence, did not have a valid driver’s license, and was driving an uninsured vehicle. Clemente-Hernandez was arrested and taken to the police station. He was later released on bond.
