• At 9:51 p.m. , DeKalb Police observed a vehicle with no headlights on in the 100 Block of North First Street. After a traffic stop was initiated police learned the person had no valid driver’s license and had a warrant out for them. Bonifacio Martinez, of DeKalb, was arrested for no headlights on when required, no valid driver’s license and a failure to appear warrant. Martinez was transported to the DeKalb Police Department and later released on bond.
