At 11:52 p.m. Monday, DeKalb Police ran the license plate of a vehicle in the 600 block of Annie Glidden Road. The owner, Terrance Billips, 35 of DeKalb had a suspended license. Billips was arrested for driving while license suspended. Billips was taken to the police department, posted bond and released with a court date.
